Ed is a recruitment consultant living in Ilkley. For years he wanted somewhere proper to work on his own doorstep, so he could stop making the daily commute into Leeds. Nothing like it existed. So he built it.

What has grown around him is a proper little community: freelancers, remote workers and small businesses who would otherwise be working alone. People say hello in the kitchen and end up passing each other work.

Ed runs it himself. He shows you round, sorts your desk and books your meeting room, and he is still the person you deal with after you join.

The Space

Two floors of offices, a boardroom and a break-out kitchen, inside an award-winning Grade II listed building on The Grove.

First Floor Office

A Herman Miller chair, a Steelcase desk and a lockable pedestal at every position. Take one month to month, or hot desk for the day.

Second Floor Office

Open-plan desks under the pitched roof, with tall windows and a breakout sofa at the top of the stairs. Same desks and chairs as the floor below.

Meeting Room

A boardroom seating 8 comfortably (up to 10), with a presentation screen and a whiteboard. Hire it in 2-hour, half-day or full-day slots.

Kitchen

A kitchen and break-out area to step away from your desk, make a proper coffee and catch your breath.
